The inspectors at Maida Services, Inc. have been performing residential and commercial inspections since 1983. Our main office is now located in Plaistow, NH, with a Satellite office in Andover, MA. Paul Maida, President, is a degreed professional inspector with a broad background of experience and education in the field. He has taught home inspection courses at the University of New Hampshire and New England Training Academy. In addition to his certification and long time membership in ASHI (The American Society of Home Inspectors), he is also certified through Northeastern University, Boston, MA. He also holds several State licenses and certifications, which are detailed under "Paul Maida's Qualifications" . Sandra Maida has accumulated 18 years serving home buyers -- answering their questions, helping them through the scheduling process, and efficiently providing test results in a timely fashion. We believe that our customers are making one of the largest purchases of their lives, and that deserves our utmost attention to detail, care and concern. We work very hard for buyers, both during the scheduling process and the home inspection. Our inspection is an exhaustingly thorough evaluation of the property, during which we provide a lengthy verbal report, followed by a 31-page comprehensive inspection report which includes considerable narrative content.
